Karate for Kids at Harmony!
Karate kids get two classes each week -
Harmony on Wednesday after school, and one more day at the karate studio on Preston Rd!
Karate at Harmony! Our offsite after-school program is a great place for your child to get started in the martial arts.
Our karate program is great for kids! We work kicks, and punches and blocks, and movement skills. It all leads to strength, and endurance, and flexibility, and better motor skills to help kids excel at other activities.
We do karate after school at Harmony Plano on Wednesday after school.
We do this class in the gym at Harmony - we collect the kids at 3:05pm when classes end, and take them to the gym at Harmony. Kids wear the karate jacket and belt in class, so it's quick and easy to gear up and get going. From 3:10pm to 3:45pm, we're doing karate! Then we get the uniforms off and take everyone to carpool or afterschool care.
It's not just kicking and punching! We're teaching Self-discipline. We're teaching Leadership. We have high expectations for every child!

We can help make it happen, and your child will have so much fun getting there in our action-packed classes.
Members get one class each week at school, and another class at our studio on Preston Road. If you're unable to do the class at Harmony, or if you leave Harmony, you can stay in karate and do your classes at the studio. This really s a program that can take your child all the way to Black Belt and beyond.
Meet the Instructors! Sifu is our Senior Instructor, with a 7th Degree Black Belt and over 30 years in the martial arts.
Sensei Betsy is 23 and has a degree in speech pathology from UT Austin - she started karate when she was 3 and has been teaching for 10 years.
Shidoshi Amanda is an Ogle graduate who started karate when she was 5 years old. With 16 years in the martial arts, she's great at karate and great at teaching.
Shidoshi Chandler started when she was 7 years old. 16 years later, she's one of our top instructors and has a 2nd Degree Black Belt.
Plus - we have 13 additional instructors backing us up!
Every Wednesday, Harmony kids can do karate with us after school!
You can always make up missed classes at the studio, and you can come to the studio for Belt Testing to see your child be promoted!
Studio classes at Preston Road are AWESOME! Your child will love coming in every week, every other week, or just for the occasional makeup class. They'll also love having you watch them do karate and be involved in their activity, at whatever level you can do.
If you leave your school, you can keep coming to the karate studio. Our Studio program really is a karate program that can take your child all the way to Black Belt!

Your initial $59 (+ tax) includes the karate gear - the uniform jacket, white belt, and string backpack, and your first TWO WEEKS of CLASSES.
After your initial two weeks, tuition is just $79 every 14 days for 2 classes each week.
